Product Description:

LINEBA-600 Tablets by AstraEureka Pharmaceutical contain Linezolid 600mg, a synthetic antibiotic from the oxazolidinone class. It is highly effective in treating serious bacterial infections caused by gram-positive pathogens, including drug-resistant strains like MRSA and VRE. Recommended for skin infections, pneumonia, and complicated infections that do not respond to conventional antibiotics.

Directions for Use:

Take one tablet every 12 hours or as prescribed by the physician. Can be taken with or without food.

Dosage and Administration:

Adult dose: 600mg every 12 hours for 10–14 days or as directed by the physician. Dose adjustment not usually required for renal or mild hepatic impairment.

Contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to Linezolid

• Concurrent use with serotonergic drugs (SSRIs, MAOIs) without medical guidance

• Not recommended in patients with uncontrolled hypertension or blood disorders

Common: Headache, nausea, diarrhoea, metallic taste
Rare: Thrombocytopenia, peripheral neuropathy, lactic acidosis (on prolonged use)
